Need to increase or decrease every menu item by the same amount. The Bulk Edit function will allow you to quickly update prices for menu times, modifiers, or both.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Access the Feature
    1. Click on “Menu Editor”
    2. Then on the menu you would like to edit, click the pencil icon.
    3. Select the “Menu Items” tab
    4. Then click “Edit by Bulk”
  2. Configure the Bulk Edit
    1. Check the box next to “All Items” or “All Modifiers” or select both to edit everything.
    2. From the drop down list, select “Increasing amount” or “Decreasing amount”
    3. Type in the amount you want to increase, then select either “Dollar” or “Percent”
    4. Click Update, and a confirmation screen will show a summary of the changes.
  3. Reverting Changes
    1. You can undo the last 5 previous updates.

Recommendations on using the Bulk Edit Feature

  • Avoid making bulk edits to your menu during peak business hours. Editing a menu item while a diner is ordering can cause errors for the diner.
  • Spot check your menu after saving changes to ensure accuracy.
  • Bulk editing by dollar amount will increase the price of free items by this amount.  If you want those items to remain free, you’ll need to revert those prices back to $0.00.
