Set the Order Ready Time for incoming orders from your tablet. The steps depend on your tablet type:

ChowNow iPad

  1. Open the Business Manager app and select the location you want to manage.
  2. Tap the two horizontal lines in the upper left corner to open the navigation menu.
  3. Select “Ready Time”.
  4. Drag the sliders to set a default preparation time for incoming delivery and pickup orders. The times selected here will be used across all your integrated ordering partners.

Setting up High Traffic Preparation Time (iPad)

High Traffic Preparation Times allows you to configure a time frame for your restaurant’s busy hours. There are a few things to take note of when using this:

  • When the high traffic preparation times toggle is enabled, the high traffic preparation times settings will apply during the configured time frame and days. For all other hours and days, the default preparation times will apply.
  • When the high traffic preparation times toggle is disabled, default preparation times will always apply.

How to set up:

  1. From “Ready Time”,  scroll down to “High Traffic Ready Time” and enable the toggle.
  2. Set your desired high traffic time for delivery and pickup orders. Max is 240 min.
  3. Set the “Start and End time” to inform the time when high traffic/busy hours should start to apply.
  4. Tap to enable the toggle for the days that high traffic preparation times should apply.
  5. Tap “Update High Traffic Time” to save.

Android Tablet

  1. Open the Cuboh app.
  2. Tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left of the screen to show the sidebar menu.
  3. Tap on “Preparation Times”
  4. Drag the sliders to set a default preparation time for incoming delivery and pickup orders. The times selected here will be used across all your aggregated ordering partners.

Setting up High Traffic Preparation Time (Android)

  3. Tap the Set Start Time button to inform the time when high traffic/busy hours should start to apply.
  4. Tap the Set End Time button to inform the time when high traffic/busy hours should stop to apply.
  5. Tap to enable the toggle for the days that high traffic preparation times should apply. Or enable the “All Days” toggle.
  6. Tap to save.

No Tablet – POS Integrated

  1. Log in to the ChowNow Dashboard.
  2. Click the “Headquarters” label in the left sidebar.
  3. Click the location that you’d like to manage the auto-accept time.
  4. On the left hand side, click on “Settings” then “Location Details” from the drop down menu.
  5. Select the “Ordering” tab, then click “Edit”
  6. Scroll down until you see “Auto Accept Orders”.
  7. Adjust as needed and click “Save”.
