Our Onboarding team is here to support you so that we can get you launched as quickly as you’d like to. The quicker you are able to work with our team and submit to us the information we need, the sooner we can get your account up and running.

Feel free to read through the specific info needed per subscription here. We aim to get Marketplace accounts live in 2-3 weeks, and Pro accounts in 3-4. We are happy to get you up and running sooner as long as we have the necessary details from you.

From here, you can:

  • Verify your Stripe account
  • Fill out restaurant details (sales tax, delivery info, customer promotions)
  • Upload menu photos Ahead of going live with us, please make sure you’ve trained your staff on how to accept online orders from ChowNow.

Additionally, please login to your hardware as well as the ChowNow Dashboard to make sure the info we have on file is correct!
