Submitting your ChowNow credentials on the ChowNow dashboard

To integrate your ChowNow orders so they display on the Hub Tablet, we’ll need to add your ChowNow login information to the Sources tab on the ChowNow Dashboard.

  1. On your ChowNow Dashboard, navigate to the Integration.
  2. Click on the ChowNow integration card.
  3. Enter your ChowNow username first – this helps the Cuboh system ensure that other ChowNow integrations you may have under the same username will not be disrupted by this process.
  4. Click Connect on the window that pops up.
  5. From here, you will be redirected to the ChowNow platform – you will grant ChowNow access to your ChowNow account data through this input.
  6. You will then be redirected back to the ChowNow dashboard, and we’ll ask that you select a location if there are multiple locations connected to your account.

That’s it, ChowNow orders will now be aggregated along with your third party orders on the Hub Tablet.
