Need to disable Grubhub features so you can integrate? Here’s what you need to do.

If you’ve recently signed up for a Grubhub account:

  • Please email the Grubhub team at activations@grubhub.com.
  • After verifying that the features have been disabled, reach out to your Cuboh Onboarding Specialist or send an email to cs@cuboh.com.

If you’ve had a Grubhub account for a while and have been working with a Grubhub Account Advisor:

  • Go to your Grubhub for Restaurants login page or https://restaurant.grubhub.com/login.
  • Enter your Grubhub username and password.
  • Navigate to the menu on the left and look for your Marketplace Profile.
  • You will be directed to the page below where your Account Advisor’s information will be shown in the circled area.
  • After verifying that the features have been disabled, reach out to your Cuboh Onboarding Specialist or send an email to cs@cuboh.com.
