What happens if my tablet stops working?
If your tablet is not functioning properly, (e.g., it is not charging, not connecting to WiFi, or the ChowNow app is not responding), try these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Most problems with the tablet can be solved by turning the device off and back on again. Hold the power button down for a few seconds and a prompt will appear asking you to slide to power off. Power the tablet back on and give it another shot.
2. If powering the device off and on does not fix the problem, try a “hard reset” by holding both the power button and circular home button down at the same time. Once the device shuts off, press the power button to turn the tablet back on.
3. Disconnecting from the WiFi and reconnecting can fix most connectivity problems. Go in to “Settings > WiFi > Select your WiFi network > Forget This Network.? This will completely erase your connection to your network, so you will need to reconnect to your WiFi after doing this.
