Why am I getting an Auphan store hours error
The Auphan store hours error occurs when Cuboh sends an online order to Auphan, but your Oftendining Web Menu is closed and unable to accept orders.

How to resolve an Auphan store hours error
First, manually enter the order into your POS.
Then, follow the steps below:
1. Under Services → Restaurant Settings, click on Online Orders.
2. Click the Settings Gear in the top-right corner.
3. Go to the Services Tab, and Scroll Down to the Order Availability section.
4. On this tab, we typically suggest you set your Oftendining Web Menu Hours to 24 hours.
If you prefer to not set your store to 24-hour availability, please ensure that your Oftendining hours here match what you’ve set across all of your online platforms. If you adjust these hours in the future, you’ll need to repeat these steps on your Auphan system again to ensure your online storefront hours match.
5. Once you’ve adjusted this, make sure you save each rule you’ve added/edited.
6. Finally, also hit save at the very end of the section.
