You are able to view all orders on the ChowNow Dashboard.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Login to the ChowNow Dashboard. By default, you will be directed to the “Headquarters” page.
  2. Click on “Orders” then either “ChowNow Orders” or “Third Party Orders”
  3. Click on “All Statuses” to filter by status.
  4. You can also search for a specific order.
  5. To look up order details, click on the order number.

Depending on the order status, you can:

  • (New) Accept or Cancel the order
  • (Accepted) Issue a Refund
