If I just sold my restaurant, what do I need to do?
In order to transfer your ChowNow account, please email billing@chownow.com with the following information as soon as possible:
Contact Information:
- New Owner’s Name
- New Owner’s Email Address
- New Owner’s Phone Number
Required Change Of Ownership & Disbursement Information:
- Date change of ownership will occur
- Legal business address (If different from restaurant address)
- Copy of your SS-4 form or 147 C Letter (this is the IRS confirmation of your legal entity name & EIN number)
- Check image for deposits & service payments (if this information is going to be the same, only one check image is needed
- Color image of new owner’s drivers license
You will be held responsible for ensuring that ChowNow is given notice of your restaurant’s change of ownership.
