Why am I getting a POS_OFFLINE error

Your POS may go offline if it’s unable to connect to your restaurant internet.

How to resolve a POS_OFFLINE error

First, manually enter the order into your POS.

Then, restart your POS System at your earliest convenience. Ensure that your internet is not currently experiencing downtime.
