How do I accept orders on the Dashboard?

Accepting an order lets the diner know when the order will be ready to pickup.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the ChowNow Dashboard.
2. Click the button “Headquarters” then select the location.
3. New orders will have the status of “New”, click on the order number to view the order details.
4. Click the “Accept or Decline” button in the top right, then click “Accept order”
5. Pick a pre-selected time, or type in a custom one, then click “Accept”
