How can I edit my hours?

Setting the correct open and close times can really help set expectations for diners.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Log in to the ChowNow Dashboard at dashboard.chownow.com, using your usual ChowNow login information.
2. Click the “Headquarters” label in the left sidebar.
3. Click the location that you’d like to manage the hours for.
4. Once you are in the correct location, use the left sidebar to click the “Hours” dropdown and “Edit Hours”
5. From here, you can edit both your delivery and pick-up hours as needed

* Please note that menu hours cannot overlap – if you receive an error message this is the likely cause.
