Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Contact Your ChowNow Representative
    Before the end of your current period of performance, please reach out to your direct ChowNow account manager to request a renewal quote.
    (Our team also has reminders in place to proactively reach out prior to your renewal date.)
  2. Receive a Renewal Quote
    The renewal quote will outline pricing for:
    • Core service
    • Setup fee
    • Hardware costs

This information is required for your contracting team to ratify a new contract for the upcoming period of performance.

  1. Invoice Generation
    ChowNow’s Billing Department will generate a new invoice for the renewal period, listing the total balance due.
  2. Payment Processing
    Once payment has been processed, the Billing Department will apply it directly to the renewal invoice to ensure continuous service.
