These settings affect all printers connected directly to the Cuboh tablet. They do not affect printers connected to your POS system.

To access the Global Printer Settings, please follow the steps below:

  • Open the Cuboh app, then open ‘Settings’ by tapping the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.

  • Once in the main menu, click ‘Global Printer Settings’.

  • You can toggle any of the Global Printer Settings ON or OFF depending on your preference.

Ticket Font Size: Change the font size by selecting Medium, Large or Extra Large font size

Show Menu Item Prices: Toggle ON if you would like receipts to print with the price of the individual menu items

Show Menu Modifier Prices: Toggle ON if you would like receipts to print with the price of the individual menu modifiers

Show Discounts: Toggle ON if you would like receipts to print the discount

Print Cancelled Orders: Toggle ON if you would like cancelled orders to print a cancellation receipt

Print Delivery Fee: Toggle ON if you would like receipts to print the delivery fee
