Can I receive orders through fax?

Our recommended method of printing your ChowNow orders is with a Starmicronics T300i Bluetooth receipt printer (available for lease or purchase upon request).

Faxes are also able to be set up and cost $0.15 per send. To get faxed orders set up, please contact ChowNow Support and provide us with your fax number.

There are no fax machines that are fully supported by ChowNow, as troubleshooting steps vary depending on the fax system being used.
