Where do I find my customer data?

On the ChowNow Dashboard, click on “Headquarters” on the left sidebar, then select your restaurant location.

Click on the “Reports” on the sidebar, then “Customer Data”

You’ll be able to view each diner’s total spend, amount of orders, their average purchase and more.
