If the Business Manager App or the tablet’s operating system is out of date, you will see the following alerts:

Version 5.x:

Version 8.x:

If your tablet is reporting a critical or recommended app update:

  • Accept any app updates your iOS tablet is requesting
  • Power off and power back on the tablet
  • Make sure your tablet is connected to wifi

If you downloaded the tablet app from the iOS App Store:

  • Navigate to the App Store > Profile (top right) > Update All (app updates)

If your tablet’s operating system is out of date:

  • Step 1: Click the home button, then tap on the “Utilities” folder
  • Step 2: Tap on “Settings”

  • Step 3: Tap on “Software Update”
  • Step 4: Tap on “Install Now”
  • Step 5: Agree to Terms and Conditions of update

The tablet will reboot and install the update.

After the operating system update, you will be able to install and use the newest version of the Business Manager App.
