Why am I not receiving any orders?
If you are worried something may be set up improperly and making it impossible for your diners to place orders please contact our support team at 888-707-2469 and we can work with you to make sure your ordering is set up correctly.
Below are the most common reasons you may not be receiving orders
Your tablet is not online. In order for your tablet to receive orders you must be connected to a working WiFi or LTE network and have the ChowNow app open on the tablet. If you think your tablet may be having trouble connecting to a network please call our support team and we can help troubleshoot it with you and get your tablet online again.
You have a temporary closure set. On the ChowNow dashboard you can temporarily suspend ordering for a predetermined length of time. If you call our support team we can check if you have a closure set and remove the closure if necessary to get you back online in seconds.
Your hours are set up incorrectly. You can change your hours anytime in the ChowNow dashboard or call our support team to change them for you.
