Yes, you absolutely can! Start by logging into your ChowNow Dashboard located at dashboard.chownow.com.

Once logged in:

  1. Click “Reports” located on the left side of the Dashboard.
  2. Choose the type of report you would like to run by clicking it. If you do not know which report you need to run, below is a breakdown of the different reports and how they can help you.
  3. Once you’ve chosen your desired report and set the parameters for the report click “Run Report”.
  4. Lastly, once the report has loaded you can click “Export” on the right hand side and it will save your report as an excel file for you to access at any time directly from your computer.

Below are the types of reports you can run and how they can help your restaurant:

ChowNow Pro Reports

Analytics – View charts that show sales data over a period of time.  View more about this feature here.

Accounting Data – This report will show you each individual order placed at your restaurant for a period up to 90 days and the breakdown of how the money on the order gets allocated for taxes, delivery fees, tips and more. This report will show you how much money was sent to your restaurant at the end of each day and is valuable when trying to balance your books.

Customer Data – This report is a valuable tool for marketing. It will show you your customer’s email addresses, when they ordered last, the total number of orders they’ve place at your restaurant and much more which can help you gain valuable knowledge for marketing to your diners.

Promo Data – View the performance of specific promotions and coupon codes.

Order Source – This report will show you the total number of orders placed during a time range no greater than 30 days. It will also show you the the amount of customers you had, their average order amount, your largest order and many more big picture numbers.

ChowNow Hub and Premier Reports

Order History – View, search and filter all your online orders across multiple sources and dates.

Order Edit Data – See a list of any previous adjustments made to orders.

Cancellation Data – Zero in on any orders that where cancelled.

Order Control Data – View all dates and times when online ordering was paused.

POS Errors – Look up a previous POS error to see what caused it.

Item Report – View which menu items are sold the most across all your aggregated channels.

Modifier Report – View which modifiers are sold the most across all your aggregated channels.
