What do we do if we accidentally cancel an order that has been fulfilled?
Once an order has been cancelled we do not have the ability to change it’s status and charge the customer again for the food. We suggest that you contact the customer directly and see if they can re-place their order to ensure you get paid.
If you can’t get a hold of the diner please call our support team (888-707-2469) as soon as possible and we can try to find an alternate solution.
