We offer full credit card fraud and chargeback protection, without any limits. If your restaurant is subject to fraud, we cover the costs and work with the credit card company. Similarly, if you get a chargeback, we cover it—no questions asked—and communicate with the card company.

A flat rate of $3.99 per order — no per-distance surcharge, no percentage commission. You choose how that fee is split with your diners. We recommend splitting it 50/50 ($3.99 for you, $3.99 for your diners).

Up to a 10-mile radius, for locations that have Uber as an eligible provider. With alternative couriers, like DoorDash Drive, delivery is available up to an 8-mile radius. You can customize the radius down to whatever works for your kitchen’s capacity.
