These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in ChowNow’s Catering Survey (“Survey Promotion”) offered by ChowNow, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Survey Promotion, you (“Participant” or “you”) agree to these Terms. All capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in our Terms of Service, available at https://get.chownow.com/legal/terms-of-service/.

Summary: By completing this survey before 11:59PM/PST on February 10, 2026 (the “Deadline”) you will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card. One (1) winner will be randomly selected on February 20, 2026. This drawing is only open to a select group of Eligible Participants who receive this survey directly from ChowNow and (i) are at least eighteen (18) years old and (ii) do not reside in a territory that prohibits sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing date. No purchase is necessary to enter. Survey responses will be used for internal research and product improvement purposes and as described below. You may receive other communications from ChowNow if you are opted-in to such communications. ChowNow reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing as needed. The survey submission link may remain open and responses may be submitted; however, only survey responses submitted before 11:59PM/PST on February 10, 2026 will be qualified for entry to win the Gift Card. The following terms and conditions apply.

Eligibility, Disqualification. An “Eligible Participant” is a selected individual with a ChowNow Diner Account that satisfies all of the following requirements:

  • Age & Residency. Must be a resident of the United States who is at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation;
  • Internet Access & Email. Must have a valid email address and access to the internet to complete the survey and receive the Gift Card (defined below);
  • Completion by Deadline. Must complete the survey before the Deadline;
  • Exclusions. Employees, officers, and directors of Company, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not Eligible Participants;
  • Void Where Prohibited: Participation is void in jurisdictions where it is restricted or prohibited by law; and
  • Disqualification. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or violates these Terms.

How to Participate. Eligible Participants will be entered to win the Gift Card by completing a survey using the following steps:

  1. Accessing the Survey Promotion url link provided to you by us via your Account email;
  2. Submitting your completed Survey Promotion response before the Deadline.

Failure to meet all of the above requirements may result in Gift Card ineligibility.

Promotional Gift. Eligible Participants who meet all requirements of these Terms will be entered into a drawing for one (1) digital Amazon Gift Card with a value of $100USD (“Gift Card”). The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email by February 20, 2026.

  • The Gift Card will be sent to the same account email address you received the Survey Promotion invitation to within fifteen (15) business days after being notified of winning;
  • Limit: One (1) entry per Eligible Participant. Multiple survey submissions by the same participant will not result in multiple chances to win;
  • Gift Cards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law);
  • Gift Card Terms: The Amazon Gift Card is issued by Tango and is subject to Tango’s Gift Card Terms of Service (available at: https://www.tangocard.com/) which are hereby integrated into these Terms. The Company is not responsible for any issues relating to the use, redemption, or expiration of the Gift Card.

Additional Terms.

  • Accuracy of Information: Participants are responsible for providing accurate information (including email address). Company is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable emails.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Any attempt to fraudulently obtain the Gift Card, including false booking information or failing to meaningfully participate in the demo, may result in disqualification.
  • No Purchase Necessary: Participation in this Survey and receipt of the Gift Card does not require a purchase.
  • Publicity. By participating in this Survey Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, business affiliation, and feedback about the Promotional Survey by Company for promotional or commercial purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Release, Limitation of Liability. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Gift Card. Company is not responsible for:
    • Technical failures (internet, email, or platform errors);
    • Delayed or undeliverable Gift Cards due to spam filters or incorrect email entry;
    • Any unauthorized use or loss of the Gift Card after delivery.
  • Disputes. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
  • Privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for purposes of administering this Survey Promotion, internal research and product improvements, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy available at https://get.chownow.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
