How do I know if a diner placed an order?
If a diner successfully placed an order and your ChowNow Tablet is online the order will always appear in new orders, future orders, or completed orders depending on where in the ordering process the diner’s order is.
If you do not see the order on your tablet or if your tablet is offline, call our support team (888-707-2469) and we would be happy to let you know if a diner successfully placed an order or not.
