Diners can seamlessly opt into the Rewards Program at checkout when placing an order through your direct website ordering or branded mobile app.

Diners will collect a digital sticker for qualifying orders placed across any of your ChowNow ordering channels including your website, branded mobile apps, our marketplace, and discovery channels++ like Google and Apple Maps.

++Orders placed through Yelp do not qualify for stickers at this time.

Once activated, ChowNow will send an email to your diners on your behalf to let them know about your new rewards program. The program will be promoted on the menu of your online ordering page and branded mobile app, and within diner emails for restaurants opted into Automated Email Marketing.

We recommend promoting your Rewards Program on your website and social media channels like Instagram and Facebook.

The Rewards Program and Monthly Promotions together are a great way to drive diner loyalty! Monthly Promotions are an effective tool to encourage first or second-time diners to place an order, while the Rewards Program fosters that engagement to encourage consistent repeat orders.

+When a diner unlocks a reward, it will be automatically applied to their next order at checkout. If they manually enter a monthly promotion code at the same time, the system will default to the better of the two discounts. Offers cannot be combined.

The Restaurant Rewards Program is included with ChowNow Pro and Premier subscriptions.

Yes! When a reward is redeemed on an order, this order will count as their first sticker in the next rewards cycle.

At this time, ChowNow’s Rewards Program does not integrate with loyalty programs offered by other providers.
