I tried putting in a promotional code but it didn’t work, I’m seeing “invalid promo code” or I’m not even seeing a spot to put in a code. What do I do?
If you are having an issue using a promotional code, the first thing to check is if you are logged into your own customer account (it should say “Hi, Your Name” at the top of the page).
If the restaurant is currently running a promotion, there will be a box on the checkout page below “Promo Code” where you can enter and apply the promo code. If you receive an error message in red stating “invalid promo code”, please ensure that you are meeting any of the requirements for the promotion (first time ordering, minimum order amount, delivery or pickup, app vs web, etc).
