Yolk not only accelerated their takeout business through third party platforms, but they also wanted to increase their direct orders to save on hefty commissions that those apps charged. BUILDING A LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE
Yolk doesn’t just power online ordering on their own website through ChowNow, they also use ChowNow’s branded mobile app and Restaurant Rewards Program to drive repeat orders and diner loyalty.
As part of their ChowNow subscription, Yolk offers a branded mobile app for iOS and Android that allows customers to place direct orders and engage with the brand.
