How do I cancel an order If I can’t fulfill it?
As soon as an order comes through the tablet, you can choose to decline it and the customer will be immediately notified of the cancelation via email.
If an order has already been accepted, you can submit a refund by pulling up the order from the “Completed Orders” tab and selecting “Full Refund”. This will not notify the customer right away so we would suggest giving them a quick call using the phone number provided on their order.
