Why can’t I run other apps on the ChowNow tablet?

ChowNow tablets are locked down and do not allow other apps to be downloaded.

The ChowNow application used to receive and accept orders requires to be open and constantly connected to the Internet. Other open applications can potentially disrupt the connection and affect the timing of inbound orders.
