You should have received an email listing the steps to activate your account when you first entered onboarding with the subject “ONB: Welcome”

Listed below are the steps to activate your ChowNow Dashboard and begin the setup process:

Activate Your Account

  1. Visit dashboard.chownow.com/login/activate-account
  2. Input the email address we have on file for you – if you do not know what is on file, please reach out to your onboarding specialist to retrieve this information
  3. Select “Send verification code” to set up your password
    1. If you do not see your code come through, try checking your Spam or Junk folders before reaching out to your onboarding specialist
  4. Once you have set up your password, you are ready to begin submitting your restaurant details

Submitting Restaurant Details

  1. Once you have logged into your dashboard through the activation link, you should have immediately been directed to a page stating “Welcome to ChowNow”
    1. If you do no see this page, click the “Headquarters” label in the left sidebar. From there click the location that you’d like to submit information for. Once you are in the correct location, select “Home” in the left sidebar
  2. You are now ready to begin submitting your restaurant details – click on each item listed and follow the prompts to submit
