Please reach out to your Restaurant Success Manager or support@chownow.com to request an account hibernation.

Monthly subscriptions: If your account is on a monthly subscription and your restaurant is closing for 1-6 months, we can hibernate your service during this time. There is a one time $39 Hibernation fee. During this time our logistics team will ship a return box to collect hardware, and billing will be placed on hold until the location is open for business. Once your location is ready to operate again, our team will ship hardware, activate service and resume billing.

Annual and Two year subscriptions: Prepaid plans cannot be hibernated. We can set a Temporary Closure on your online ordering for the duration of your closure. Please contact support@chownow.com to make this request.
