Every order placed on ChowNow is prepaid meaning that if an order comes through on your tablet you can rest assured that you will receive payment because we have already charged the diner.

If you choose not to accept an order we then simply refund the money back to the diner. If your tablet is turned off and an order comes through for your restaurant our support team will try contacting your restaurant. If we are able to reach your restaurant over the phone we will relay the order to you and accept the order on your behalf ensuring that the diner gets food and you get paid!
