From our first online order to our one hundred millionth, here at ChowNow, we’ve always been proud of what we help our clients achieve. Some restaurants have made millions on our platform. We get to know each other.

First, ChowNow restaurant partners get to know us and discuss their goals with our front line of online ordering specialists: Our Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives.

We set partners up with all the right tools.

Once our partners sign up, our Account Coordinators onboard them, making sure everything is set up properly. At the same time, our Menu Specialists are hard at work building out their online menus. The Menu Team’s expertise helps restaurants increase ticket sizes—sometimes by as much as 35 percent!

If a restaurant chooses to get a branded mobile app, they also work with a dedicated Mobile App Onboarding Coordinator. These specialists work with product engineers to build out two sales-optimized ordering apps for each client: One made for iPhone listed in the Apple App Store, and one for Android available in the Google Play Store. Plus, the ChowNow team continuously maintains and updates these apps on behalf of our clients.

We use the buddy system.

When restaurants launch their ChowNow-built online ordering, they’re matched up with a Restaurant Success Manager—their personal point of contact to assist with marketing strategy and everything else to create the best delivery and takeout business possible.
