ChowNow Support agents can add credits to a customer’s ChowNow account. We call these ChowNow Bucks.

The next time a customer orders at any restaurant in our platform, their order will automatically be discounted however many ChowNow Bucks were credited to them. Not to worry, our Finance team makes sure to pay the restaurant for those funds missing from their deposits. Those will be separate deposits made on a weekly basis.
