When you place an order on ChowNow we immediately send an itemized receipt to the email address we have on file for your account.

While we don’t have a way for you to access past orders directly from your ChowNow account, you are emailed an itemized receipts after each order. If you are no longer able to access those emails, please contact our support team via the chat below or email support@chownow.com from the email address that we have on file and we will send you copies of past orders.
