Can I choose to opt my restaurant out of this offer?
You can opt out of the offer by reaching out to your Restaurant Success Manager by March 23, 2022 before the offer automatically goes live on April 1, 2022. If you change your mind after March 23, you can reach out to your Restaurant Success Manager to have the offer deactivated.
When will the diner credits be live on the ChowNow Marketplace?
For participating restaurant partners, we will schedule the offer to start on April 1, 2022. For new restaurant partners in these cities who join ChowNow after April 1 and would like to participate, we’ll activate the offer as soon as you launch.
When will I receive credit from ChowNow?
ChowNow is fully funding all redemptions of this offer, with no limit. You can expect to receive reimbursement for all redeemed credits on a rolling basis, twice a month beginning April 19, 2022.
Why isn’t my diner seeing the offer?
To qualify for the discount, the diner’s order:
- Must meet the $25 subtotal minimum before the discount is applied.
- Must be the first time the diner has ordered from your restaurant using the ChowNow Marketplace app.
- The diner must create an account and sign into the app in order for the promo code ‘THRIVE’ to apply at checkout.
Terms and Conditions
ChowNow is running (and funding) the following promotion from April 1, 2022 through July 31, 2022: diners receive $5 off any order of $25 or more placed on the ChowNow Marketplace app. This promotion will be highlighted on all restaurant specific ChowNow web pages in order to maximize incremental order volume to our restaurant partners and value to diners. ChowNow will fund this promotion with direct payments to restaurants that have rebated transactions no less than twice monthly during the promotion. If you do not wish to participate in this promotion, please respond to this email with history requesting that ChowNow opt you out of this promotion. If you do not opt out, you will automatically be included in the promotion, and the payment terms in your agreement with ChowNow will be deemed amended during the promotion to account for these rebated transactions.
