Passcode Protected Account:

The easiest way to login to your ChowNow account is to enable passcodes.  A new, random passcode is sent by text message to your phone, when you need to access your account.

Password resets are not available for accounts that have enabled passcodes.

Password Protected Account:

If your account is still using passwords, you can reset the password by following these instructions:

Step 1: Go to Eat.ChowNow.com

Step 2: Select “Log In” on the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Once the Log In box appears, select “Forgot?” on the right side of the password box.

Step 4: Enter your email address and select “Send Verification”.

Step 5: Check your email for a message titled “Password Reset Request”. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders.

Step 6: Copy and paste the verification code, enter your new password and select “Reset Password”
